1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Wizzora ("the Service"), operated by Wizzora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Wizzora is a menu-engineering and restaurant-analytics platform that helps food & beverage businesses analyze menu profitability, manage recipes and costs, run staff programs, and present digital menus. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the menus, recipes, prices, sales figures, and other content you upload. You grant Wizzora the right to process this data to provide the Service (including AI-assisted features). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data you import.

5. AI features

Some features use AI to generate recipes, suggestions, translations, and estimates. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on it for pricing or operational decisions. Wizzora is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for overdue payments. Trial periods, where offered, convert to the selected plan unless cancelled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizzora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
