Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions
Wizzora is a software-as-a-service subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
2. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription, or by emailing info@wizzora.app. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; it will not renew afterwards.
4. Refunds
If you are charged in error, or experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by emailing info@wizzora.app with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Non-refundable
Except as stated above, fees for periods already used are non-refundable. Downgrading mid-cycle takes effect at the next renewal.

- الاشتراك شهري أو سنوي ويُجدَّد تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤه.
- تجربة مجانية 14 يومًا بدون بطاقة.
- يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من الإعدادات → الاشتراك، ويظل نشطًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
- يمكن طلب استرداد خلال 14 يومًا من الخصم في حالة الخطأ أو مشكلة تقنية لم نتمكن من حلها، عبر info@wizzora.app.
- تُرَد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.
