This Privacy Policy explains how Wizzora ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data across wizzora.app and our products: SalesCore, MediCore, FitMax, DineCore and Wedding (together, the "Services"). Individual products may publish supplementary privacy notes on their own pages; where they do, those apply in addition to this Policy.
1. Two roles: our customers, and their customers
- Account data (we act as controller): when a business signs up — a clinic, gym, restaurant, venue or agency — we collect the account owner's and staff members' details: name, email, phone, business name, and billing information.
- Tenant data (we act as processor): businesses using our Services store their own customers' data in them — for example patient records in MediCore, member profiles in FitMax, diner orders in DineCore, or booking details in Wedding. That data belongs to the business; we host and process it only to provide the Service, under their instructions. Individuals whose data is held by one of our business customers should contact that business directly with any request; we will support the business in fulfilling it.
2. What we collect
- Information you provide: registration details, billing details, support messages, and content you enter into the Services.
- Automatically collected: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and usage events (e.g. feature usage), collected via server logs and privacy-conscious analytics.
- Cookies and local storage: used for sign-in sessions, language preference (English/Arabic), and remembering interface choices. We do not sell advertising profiles.
- Payments: processed by payment providers such as Paymob and card networks. We receive confirmation of payment and limited metadata — never your full card number.
3. How we use data
- To provide, secure and improve the Services, including backups and fraud prevention.
- To process subscriptions and send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, service notices) by email, push notification or WhatsApp.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send occasional product news, from which you can opt out at any time.
- Some features use AI processing (e.g. lead scoring, content suggestions, plan generation); inputs to those features are processed to return the result and are not used to build advertising profiles.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Services — hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors (e.g. Paymob), email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers, and AI processing providers — each bound to use it only for providing their service to us; and with authorities where the law requires it.
5. Data location and security
Data is hosted on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access controls, audit logging in our business products, and tenant isolation so one business cannot access another's data. Regular backups are maintained. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After termination, business data may be exported on request within 30 days and is then deleted from active systems, with backup copies expiring on their rotation schedule. We retain records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing records) for the mandated period.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email info@wizzora.app; we respond within 30 days. If your data is held by one of our business customers, we will refer your request to them as the data controller.
8. Children
The Services are business tools and are not directed at children under 13. Where a business stores data about minors (e.g. junior gym members or pediatric patients), that business is responsible for obtaining the required parental consents.
9. International visitors
We operate from Egypt with presence in Jordan and Australia. By using the Services you understand your data may be processed in these and our providers' hosting locations, protected by the safeguards described in this Policy.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; the date above reflects the latest version and material changes will be announced on our websites or by email.
